Terms and Conditions for Membership

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership with Meet and Greet Foundation. By enrolling a membership, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Membership Types and Fees

• Annual Membership: ₹5100 / $100
• 5 Years Membership: ₹51,000 / $1000
• 10 Years Membership (Director): ₹2,00,000 / $5500

3. Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to networking events, mentorship programs, skill development opportunities, and other services as outlined by the Foundation. However, specific benefits may vary based on membership type.

4. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

5. Renewal and Expiry

• Annual Memberships: Expire after 12 months unless renewed.
• 10-Year Memberships: Non-renewable but members may upgrade to new categories, if available.

The Foundation reserves the right to update membership fees without prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying us in writing. However, no refunds will be issued. The Foundation reserves the right to terminate memberships for misconduct or non-compliance with policies.

7. Use of Member Data

By becoming a member, you consent to the use of your personal information for membership communications, events, and promotions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership.

9. Code of Conduct

Members must maintain professionalism and respect other members during events and activities organized by the Foundation. Misconduct may result in membership termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
